Sirt1 mRNA expression data and clinical outcomes in patients receiving sodium valproate: training and validation cohorts.

epilepsyThis dataset contains complete Sirt1 gene expression data (ΔCt, ΔΔCt, and relative expression values) from 303 subjects, including a training set (n = 235) and a validation set (n = 68). Each subject was measured at three time points: baseline, 2 weeks, and 8 weeks after treatment with sodium valproate.<br>The dataset includes:1. Ct values for Sirt1 and β-actin (reference gene)2. ΔCt and ΔΔCt calculations3. Relative expression (2^-ΔΔCt) for each time point4.
