PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper which can discharge sheets to a discharge part smoothly， and to provide a cut processing device. SOLUTION: A hopper 3 includes: a receiving member 31 having a guide surface 7 which guides a non-flat strip-like sheet S1 and an attitude adjustment part 6 which adjusts an attitude of the falling sheet S1 and sends the sheet S1 to the guide surface 7; and a discharge part 32 which discharges the sheet S1. Further， it is preferable that the attitude adjustment part 6 have a second surface 311B serving as an attitude adjustment surface which continues into the guide surface 7 and bends from the guide surface 7 so as to form a ridge line at a border part with the guide surface 7.
