A curated, structured dataset of primary legal sources relevant to the intersection of artificial intelligence training, text and data mining (TDM) exceptions, and copyright law. Covers EU directives and regulations (including CDSM Directive Arts. 3-4, AI Act Art. 53), CJEU judgments, national court decisions (Germany, UK, US, China), WIPO multilateral documents, national legislation, and open-access institutional studies. Compiled in support of research on the normative framework governing AI training data and open access to scientific knowledge.
