Number of financial investment offences reported in England and Wales 2017-2018

This statistic shows the number of financial investment fraud offences by type recorded by the national fraud intelligence bureau in England and Wales in the years ending March 2017 and March 2018. Share and bond sales or boiler room fraud has fallen significantly from 596 recorded offences in the year ending March 2017 to 214 cases in the year ending March 2018.
