This data set includes the ice condition data observed by hourly ice watch which was conducted on the bridge/upper bridge every hour for 24 hours by four watchers (00:00-6:00, 6:00-12:00,12:00-18:00,18:00-24:00) with a spread observation sheet . This observation covered from the beginning and the end of ice area in the Canada Basin.
