Sea Ice Visual Observation (Ice watch) data in The Canada Basin in2014

This data set includes the ice condition data observed by hourly ice watch which was conducted on the bridge/upper bridge every hour for 24 hours by four watchers (00:00-6:00, 6:00-12:00,12:00-18:00,18:00-24:00) with a spread observation sheet . This observation covered from the beginning and the end of ice area in the Canada Basin.本数据集收录了逐小时冰情巡查获取的冰情数据。本次巡查由四名观测员分四班（00:00-6:00、6:00-12:00、12:00-18:00、18:00-24:00）在驾驶台/上层驾驶台开展，每小时执行一次观测，累计观测时长24小时，观测工作采用统一制式观测记录表。本次观测覆盖加拿大海盆冰区的起止范围。
