Die Konzepte „Transversalität“ und „Mehrperspektivität“ und ihre Bedeutung für die Integrative Supervision und das Integrative Coaching.

Der Beitrag stellt in kompakter Form die Konzepte „Transversalität“ und „Mehrperspektivität“ und ihre Bedeutung für die „Integrative Supervision“ und das „Integrative Coaching“. Es wird die Notwendigkeit multitheoretischer Argumentation und multimethodischer Praxeologie für den Umgang mit komplexen Zusammenhängen vertreten, wie sie in einer globalisierten, transversalen Moderne „emergieren“. Supervision und Coaching als Methodologien zur „Reduktion von Komplexität“ bedürfen solcher „Tanskonzepte“, wie sie im „Integrativen Ansatz“ von Hilarion Petzold systematisch entwickelt wurden und in der vorliegenden Arbeit anhand des Modells der 16 Variablen des „dynamic systems approach“ der Integrativen Supervision dargestellt werden. The article presents in concise form the concepts „Transversality“ and „Multiperspectivity“ and their relevance to „Integrative Supervision“ and „Integrative Coaching“. The need for multitheoretical reasoning and multimethodology in praxeology is advocated in order to handle complex situations as they are emerging in globalized, transversal modernity. Supervision and Coaching, methodologies of „complexity reduction“, require this kind of „trans concepts“ as they have been systematically developed by Hilarion Petzold in his „Integrative Approach“.
