Cardamine chenopodiifolia fruit transcriptome. C.chenopodiifolia fruit transcriptome

The transcriptomes of C.chenopodiifolia aerial and subterranean fruit at different stages, or with two different light treatments, were sequenced and compared. This study contains long PacBio reads for the generation of a reference transcriptome. RNA was collected from two fruit types at different stages, treated in dark or light, as well as from different tissues of C.chenopodiifolia. It contains also short Illumina reads for 2 different experiments: - comparison of aerial and subterranean fruit at stage 16-17a and 17ab - comparison of subterranean fruit at stage 17ab in response to dark or light (30min and 72h treatment)
