We delved into the consequences of METs formation. We treated wild-type PANC-1 with METs-containing CM and performed RNA-seq. Wild-type PANC-1 cells treated by co-cultured CM derived from Panc1-oe-Vector with macrophage and co-cultured CM derived from Panc1-oe-MLKL with macrophage for 72h.
