Dataset and Appendix for How Regional Human Resource Capabilities and Compensation Governance Shape Labor Productivity Across Indonesian Provinces

This repository contains a compiled provincial-level dataset covering all 38 Indonesian provinces in 2024. The dataset was compiled from publicly available statistics, official releases, and referenced publications related to Indonesian provincial indicators. The contribution of this repository lies in the compilation, harmonization, transformation, and statistical preparation of secondary data from multiple public sources.
