资源简介:
Gut microbes, playing an important role in our health and metabolize, been affected many life styles. However, few researchers pay attention to the impact of exercises on gut microbes. Except for life styles, the relationship between gut microbes and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), an emergent environmental pollutant, is worthy of attention. In our study, characteristics of gut microbes had been obtained and ARGs had been detected by 16SrRNA gene sequencing and qPCR. We found that country rather than exercise affected gut microbes. Composition of gut microbes are distinct in Chinese and Pakistani. The alpha diversity of Chinese is higher than Pakistani. The difference of community structure in Chinese and Pakistani is obvious, too. In addition, time could affect gut microbial community, but gut microbes also maintain relative stability for a short time. In this study, six target ARGs, cmlA1-01, sul1, sul2, floR, tetM-01 and tetQ, had been detected in both Chinese and Pakistani. There are correlations between gut microbes and ARGs, such as positive correlations between Cyanobacteria and sul1, Dialister and cmlA1-01,Bacteroides and floR,and negative correlations between tetM-01 and Bacteroides. These results indicated that short term and light exercises have few impact on relatively stable gut microbiota yet counties affected gut microbes owing to different genetic, environment and diet probably, additionally, ARGs perhaps reside in gut microbes.
