Pericytes were subjected to OGD for 1 hour, followed by 24 hours of reoxygenation. The control group was maintained under normal conditions without OGD treatment. The conditioned medium was collected and centrifuged at 300 × g for 10 minutes at 4°C, then at 2,000 × g for 10 minutes at 4°C to remove dead cells and large debris. The supernatant was subsequently centrifuged at 100,000 × g for 90 minutes at 4°C to collect total EVs for proteomic analysis.
