T2DM patients are believed to have long-term chronic inflammation. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of immune cell in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC）from HFD/STZ-induced type 2 diabetic mice PBMCs of from T2D modeld or healthy control mice were separated by Ficoll gradient centrifugation and analyzed using scRNAseq.
