The dataset contains survey responses from 234 matched employee–manager pairs working in Vietnam’s public sector. It includes measures of employees’ perceptions of organizational social responsibility (POSR), public service motivation (PSM), innovative behavior, and job performance, along with demographic controls. The data were collected through structured questionnaires and are suitable for quantitative analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). This dataset supports the findings reported in the study and can be used to further explore the relationships between CSR practices, employee motivation, and performance outcomes in collectivist and non-Western contexts.
本数据集收录了越南公共部门234对匹配员工-管理者的调研问卷回复。数据集涵盖员工对组织社会责任(Organizational Social Responsibility,POSR)的感知、公共服务动机(Public Service Motivation,PSM)、创新行为与工作绩效的测度指标,同时包含人口统计学控制变量。该数据通过结构化问卷采集所得,适用于采用结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM)开展的定量分析。本数据集可为该研究报告的结论提供支撑,亦可用于进一步探索集体主义与非西方语境下,企业社会责任实践、员工动机与绩效结果之间的内在关联。
