High-density RADseq-based linkage map for Etheostoma caeruleum

Restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (RADseq) was used to generate a genetic linkage map for the rainbow darter, Etheostoma caeruleum. The goal of this study was to use the linkage map to compare genomic synteny and homology with the orangethroat darter, Etheostoma spectabile.
