资源简介:
The dataset was used for the needs of a study of functional-morphological relationships described in the paper: 'Functional-morphological relationships in functional articulation disorders'. Among others, the study was based on preliminary results obtained with AFDA INIA: a custom-made non-invasive device for the analysis of the acoustic field distribution around the speaker’s face. We presented a case study that visualises the AFDA INIA results. Our findings contribute to the assumption that the orofacial system represents a functional–morphological set, forming a functional whole influenced also by body symmetry and cranial positioning. The experimental case study demonstrates AFDA INIA as a tool that could be useful for larger scale studies involving both detailed phonetic-acoustic analyses and diagnostic procedures in clinical settings. The video material included in the INIA.mp4 file documents a prototype system named AFDA INIA (the AFDA acronym comes from the Acoustic Field Distribution Analyzer while INIA stands for the Integrated Non-Invasive Analyzer). The INIA acronym also refers to the name of the so-called Amazonian river dolphin characterized by a very well-developed sense of spatial hearing. The prototype system consists of the INIA Array device and the INIA Fusion application. Audio data acquisition is carried out using the INIA Array device, including a circular microphone array. 16 microphones based on MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) technology were used. The microphones feature integrated PDM (Pulse Density Modulation) signal modulators. An additional element of the device is a laser multi-zone distance sensor using the ToF (Time of Flight) technique. The use of a distance sensor enables focusing of the acoustic beam precisely on the surface of the examined person's face which is essential due to the need of compensating for face shape differences and the inevitable slight movement of the head during the examination. The sensor laser meets the requirements of class 1 (Norm PN- EN 60825-1:2014) and is therefore safe for human vision. Audio data and 3D images from the distance sensor are sent to the INIA Fusion application using the USB interface.Research supported by the NCN OPUS grant Examination of disordered speech and primary functions using CARSTENS AG501 articulograph and Acoustic Field Distribution Analyzer (No. 2021/43/B/HS2/00162, ID 533909), project realization period: 2022-2026.
