To investigate the effects of TG, TM, and FCCP treatments with different concentration gradients on breast cancer cells. Overall design: MDA cells were treated with FCCP (0, 0.5, 1, 2 µM), FCCP (5 µM) + MG132 (10 µM), FCCP (5 µM) + 3-MA (5 µM), TG (0, 1.25, 2.5, 5 µM), TG (2 µM) + MG132 (10 µM), TG (2 µM) + ISRIB (0.5 µM), TG (2 µM) + melatonin (10 µM), TG (2 µM) + 4µ8c (20 µM), TM (0, 0.5, 1, 2 µM), TM (2 µM) + MG132 (10 µM), TM (2 µM) + ISRIB (0.5 µM), TM (2 µM) + melatonin (10 µM), TM (2 µM) + 4µ8c (20 µM) for 24 hours. Two biological replicates were prepared for each condition.
