The dataset includes phylogenetic trees of interferon antagonists of different SARS-CoV-2 variants. Raw data of interferon resistancy experiments were attached, including qpcr, luciferase assays, and focus forming unit assays. Besides, sanger sequencing of recombinant plasmids and the plaque assays photos of mutant viruses were also attached. <br>
