We established Gfi1-overexpressed HEI-OC1 cell line (HEI-OC1-Gfi1) using lentivirus. After treating with cisplatin, we collected samples from HEI-OC1-Gfi1 cells and HEI-OC1 cells. Then, these samples were used for ChIP-seq.
