Bulk RNA-seq on NOD mice prostate tissues treated with etanercept

Immunohistochemistry studies indicated that etanercept treatment reduced inflammation, epithlial proliferation, and epithelial NFkB activity in NOD prostate tissues compared to control treated mice. A bulk RNA-seq study was conducted on whole mouse prostate tissues from NOD mice treated with PBS control or etanercept for 5 weeks to identify putative pathways involved in these processes.
