该数据集为黄土高原降雨特征值（1951-1990年）。数据包含黄土高原历年平均降水量、历年降水日数、各月降水量、各月降水日数、不同类型暴雨的发生情况、暴雨频数、降水资料站点信息等51个数据表。数据是据黄土高原101个气象观测站点数据计算所得。数据已由西北农林科技大学王万忠研究员和焦菊英研究员分析整理为专著《黄土高原降雨侵蚀产沙与水土保持减沙》，科学出版社于2018年7月出版，数据可为黄土高原生态学、水土保持科学等相关学科的研究和教学提供降雨特征数据。

This dataset encompasses rainfall characteristic values of the Loess Plateau spanning from 1951 to 1990. It includes 51 data tables covering annual average precipitation, annual number of precipitation days, monthly precipitation amounts, monthly precipitation days, occurrences of different types of rainstorms, rainstorm frequency, and information of meteorological stations providing precipitation observation data. The data was calculated based on observations from 101 meteorological stations across the Loess Plateau. This dataset was analyzed and compiled into the monograph *Rainfall Erosion, Sediment Yield, and Soil and Water Conservation Sediment Reduction on the Loess Plateau* by Researchers Wang Wanzhong and Jiao Juying from Northwest A&F University, and was published by Science Press in July 2018. It can provide rainfall characteristic data for research and teaching in relevant disciplines such as Loess Plateau ecology and soil and water conservation science.
