Southwest Hubei Mountain Land Use Reconstruction Dataset (1900-2020)

Century-scale (1900-2020) fractional land use reconstruction dataset for the Southwest Hubei mountainous region, China. The dataset covers 29,846 km² at 1-km resolution with 13 decadal time points, including seven land use categories: forest, shrubland, cropland, grassland, water, construction, and other. Data were produced using a Hierarchical Multi-stage Reconstruction Framework (HMRF) integrating historical statistics, remote sensing, and multi-source geospatial data. Each pixel contains fractional coverage values (0-1) with area conservation constraint (sum = 1.0).
