The expression data of 48 h SD photoperiod

E3 tissue culture seedlings (15-day-old, grown under long-day conditions) were subjected to hydroponic culture with 1/2 MS solution. After 10 days of growth under short-day hydroponic conditions, fully expanded leaves (3rd to 5th nodes) were sampled at ZT0 (zeitgeber time 0). Sampling was performed every 4 hours for a continuous 48-hour period, with 3 seedlings pooled as one biological replicate.In the table: Column A1 represents gene IDs; Column B1 denotes gene annotation information; Columns C1 to O1 correspond to the FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million mapped reads) values of genes at each time point.
