Brown trout experiment data

Data and code generated in an experimental study on brown trout. We demonstrate that variation in environmental inputs in early ontogeny can, in part, account for divergence in brain development and cognitive performance in brown trout. We also unveil a partial compensatory mechanism to address nutrient deprivation through bioconversion and routing of crucial omega-3 fatty acids to brain membranes.
