This dataset accompanies the article: "Cytoplasmic Fluidity and the Cold Life: ProteomeStability is Decoupled from Viability in Psychrophiles". By Beatrice Caviglia, Stepan Timr, Marianne Guiral, Marie-Thérèse Giudici-Orticoni, Tilo Seydel, Christian Beck, Judith Peters, Fabio Sterpone, Alessandro Paciaroni The zip archive includes: MD trajectory files (xtc, gro, tpr) of folded and unfolded simulations of System 4 of P. arcticus at various temperatures. Water and ions have been removed from the data. Additionally two files containing the protein and chain indeces are provided for analysis and visualization. Example data for analysis with custom code (github): Translational,rotational diffusion coefficients of folded and unfolded System 4 RDF data of all protein chains in folded and unfolded System 4 Viscosity parameters of all Systems of P. artcicus, E. coli, A. aeolicus.
