Soybean Charcoal Rot Bacterial Endophytes

Bacterial endophytes were isolated from charcoal rot diseased plants, asymptomatic but exposed plants, and control plants (unexposed) and endophytes were cultured using different media and oxygen conditions. Culture-enriched metabarcoding was used to assess community differences and to identify culturable bacterial that may modulate charcoal rot in soybean.
