Following intestinal perforation in neonatal mice there is an injury to the subventrcular zone stem cell niche. These files are the raw data from mouse brain sections, transecting SVZ in controls and mice with modeled instestinal perforation. Overall design: On postnatal day 5, mice were divided into controls and modeled intestinal perforation. After 48 hours, the brain was removed, formalin fixed, paraffin embeded and sectioned coronally and processed for spatial transcriptomics.
