Aim: Identify Ambra1-dependent regulation in melanoma development by comparing bulk RNA extracted from Ambra1-depleted (BPA-/-) mouse melanomas to Ambra1-wt (BPA+/+) melanomas. Overall design: Bulk tumour mRNA profiles of BPA-/- and BPA+/+ mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Next Seq. Each sample represents a different mouse.
