Gene prediction from genomic assembly of DNA sequence from Campylobacter concisus UNSWCD has been validated by cross-comparison against shotgun MS/MS proteomic data from Campylobacter concisus UNSWCD. This collection contains two files: IGV files for viewing in the Integrated Genomics Viewer, and a .csv file with the outputs of the accompanying statistical analysis.
This collection description is a placeholder intended to be illustrative for the type of data output which will be produced using the Proteomic-Genomic Nexus software that is currently being built using funding from the ANDS Applications program.
When the fully functional software tool and actual output dataset is available, this RDA collection record will be modified to reflect these changes.
