Suggestions on policy formulation and practice path of paper related data for Chinese sci-tech journals

By studying the framework and main contents of scientific data policies of international publishers, academic associations, international organizations, etc., and combining with the actual situation in China, this report proposes the formulation ideas and practice paths of related data of sci-tech journals in China.
