Microsatellite data files for two loci for GenAlEx and STRUCTURE analyses of <i>Brassica tournefortii</i> collections

This dataset includes microsatellite genotypic data for <i>Brassica tournefortii</i> populations, focusing on two specific microsatellite loci. These loci were selected based on their moderate polymorphism across native, invasive, and landrace populations of <i>B. tournefortii</i>. Each locus exhibits 7 alleles, providing markers for assessing allelic diversity and genetic structure within and among populations. The genotypic data from these loci were analyzed to understand the genetic variability and differentiation among the studied populations, contributing to the broader understanding of <i>B. tournefortii</i>'s genetic and evolutionary potential among the three population types and among populations and accessions within each population type.
