RNA-seq of murine CD8+ tumor-infiltrating T cells following treatment with pembrolizumab and/or ABL503

We aimed to analyze the transcriptomic changes in CD8+ tumor-infiltrating T cells induced by anti-PD-1 treatment and/or anti-PD-L1x4-1BB bispecific antibody treatment C57BL/6 hPD-1/hPD-L1/h4-1BB mice were inoculated with syngeneic MC38 tumor cells overexpressing human PD-L1. When the mean tumor volume reached 150–200 mm3, the mice were randomly grouped to receive the treatment. At day 4 after the treatment, CD8+ TILs were sorted.
