资源简介:

Endothelial microparticles (EMPs) is a population of membrane subcellular structures formed from the outward budding of endothelial cells plasma membranes, and secreted to the extracellular chamber during stimuli such as hyperphosphatemia. EMPs are thought to play a role in inflammation, angiogenesis, and thrombosis by operating as a delivery system of microRNAs and proteins. miR-126 and miR-26a in EMPs were significantly reduced in diabetic patients compared to non-diabetic patients. MicroRNA-145-5p and microRNA-320a encapsulated in EMPs contribute to the progression of vasculitis. Nevertheless, the different expression of miRs in hyperphosphatemia induced-EMPs has not been determined.
