Functional enrichment analysis using the DAVID bioinformatics resources. The whole mouse genome was used as background with default parameter settings. Full results, including p-values after correcting for multiple hypotheses testing, are shown. Statistically significant enriched categories amongst overexpressed genes related to the two broad categories of ‘ribosomes/rRNA binding and translation’ and ‘mitochondria/electron transport chain’. Amongst the down-regulated genes no statistically significant categories were found. (XLSX 166 kb)
