资源简介:
Decomposition of dead mammals (i.e., cadavers) was often neglected. Excessive nitrogen input affected the composition and diversity of soil microorganisms. Microbial communities had their own succession and resilience after being disturbed by external factors. Based on high-throughput MiSeq sequencing for the narG denitrifying community, we studied the effect of corpse decomposition on the succession of denitrifying prokaryotic communities to explore the soil habitat. Our results revealed that the physical and chemical properties of the soil were affected by the corpse decomposition and time. The decomposition of cadavers affected the abundance of denitrifying communities. Although there was a clear restoration of alpha diversity in the denitrifying community, the cadaver decomposition led to the community structure divergence. The similarity of the denitrification community decreased significantly with time. Time had the most effect on the structure of the denitrification community, followed by treatment, TC, and NH4-N. In a word, the narG-type denitrifying communities were influenced by cadaver decomposition. The community similarity between the cadaver group and the control group diverse with time. These results can indicate the response of the denitrifying communities to cadaver decomposition in soil habitat.
