Lepidium sativum isolate:ATU-22 Genome sequencing and assembly

Lepidium sativum L. (garden cress) is a Brassicaceae crop, cultivated for culinary and medicinal purposes. The aim of this project is to produce a genome assembly of garden cress which would constitute a basic genomic toolbox for the species as well as a contribution to Brassicaceae comparative and evolutionary genomic studies.
