Representation of water points which meet the criteria laid down by the Prefectural Decree of 26 October 2017.It was adopted pursuant to the Ministerial Order of 04 May 2017 on the placing on the market and use of plant protection products and their adjuvants referred to in Article L.253-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code. A strip of 5 metres (or more if specified in the instructions for use of the product) in the vicinity of these water points shall not undergo treatment.
