Effect of nitrate availability on fucoxanthin biosynthesis in Phaeodactylum tricornutum

In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of nitrate availability on fucoxanthin biosynthesis in P. tricornutum. We generated different nitrate conditions, and investigated cell growth and fucoxanthin production of P. tricornutum. Samples on day 5 were used for further transcriptomic analysis.
