Analysis scripts and result files: Baseline verification and a dual-benchmark efficiency metric in the evaluation of near-infrared calibration transfer

Python scripts and result files of the manuscript "Baseline verification and a dual-benchmark efficiency metric in the evaluation of near-infrared calibration transfer" by Yuchang Li, Panlin Li, Yutong Feng, Hua Huang, Longjie Li, Ya Liu and Junxian Guo. The scripts compute the direct-transfer baselines, the comparison with the null model, the relative improvement and efficiency of the transfer methods, the augmentation of the source calibration set and the within-domain benchmarks on five public data sets (corn, kiwifruit, SpectroFood, wine grape and grape berries). The folder results/ holds the result files written by the scripts; tables.py recomputes Tables 2 and 3 of the paper from them. The data sets are not included: data/README.md gives their sources and checksums. README.md lists the scripts and their environments, the result files behind each table, figure and section of the paper, and the comparison of the result files with those from which the numbers of the paper were computed.
