The Sound-Dr dataset was co-developed by the Artificial Intelligence Center of FPT Software Vietnam and the Vietnam Branch of the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, targeting research on respiratory diseases including pneumonia and COVID-19. This dataset encompasses cough sounds, oral-nasal respiratory sounds, and their associated clinical feature metadata. It was collected via a meticulously designed data acquisition system, ensuring high quality and reliability. The Sound-Dr dataset is applicable not only to machine learning tasks such as disease classification and anomaly detection, but also to large-scale deployment via smart devices, supporting medical professionals in diagnosing respiratory diseases.
