This dataset contains the raw experimental data supporting the manuscript“Feasibility study for the production of a lactose-free certified reference material in powder milk”,submitted to the journal Accreditation and Quality Assurance. The data were generated during feasibility studies for the development of a candidate certified reference material (CRM) for lactose-free milk powder and include raw data from homogeneity, short-term stability, and characterization studies.
