One-Step Synthesis of Si-Graphene Heterostructures via In-Flight Gas-Phase Mixing for High-Capacity Silicon-Rich Anodes

The dataset includes raw and processed characterization and electrochemical data for gas-phase synthesized silicon/few-layer graphene (Si–FLG) heterostructures, including XRD, Raman spectroscopy, TGA/DSC, TEM, BET surface area analysis, electrical conductivity measurements, galvanostatic charge–discharge cycling, differential capacity (dQ/dV) analysis, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The data support the investigation of structure–property–performance relationships in gas-phase synthesized Si–FLG heterostructures for lithium-ion battery anodes.
