资源简介:
The Ts1Cje mouse model of Down syndrome (DS) has partial triplication of mouse chromosome 16, of which a large portion is homologous to human chromosome 21. We have shown that the number of microglia was decreased in the brain of Ts1Cje fetus, thereby we analyzed the effects of Ts1Cje trisomic region on differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) with genotype of Ts1Cje mice into primitive macrophages. Overall design: To elucidate the reason why the number of microgila is decreased in Ts1Cje embryos, we induced primitive macrophages from ESCs established from the Ts1Cje mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 differnt cells of 2 genotypes (wild-type and Ts1Cje). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for primitive macrophages derived from wild-type and Ts1Cje mouse ESCs.
