EOS-RS Flood and Damage Proxy Maps: Pakistan, Floods, Aug 2022

The Earth Observatory of Singapore - Remote Sensing Lab (EOS-RS) created preliminary Flood Proxy Maps (FPM) and Damage Proxy Maps (DPM) covering Pakistan due to heavy monsoon rains. These maps were derived from synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images acquired by the Copernicus Sentinel-1 satellites operated by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the ALOS-2 satellites operated by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
