A comprehensive genomic survey of Chinese cattle via whole-genome resequencing

This study conducted high-depth whole-genome sequencing of 364 representative yellow cattle individuals spanning major agro-ecological regions across China. This work systematically establishes a genomic variation map for Chinese yellow cattle germplasm resources.
