Supporting datasets for Guo et al., "Systematics of helium diffusion sinks in apatite demonstrated by 4He/3He degassing experiments and modeling" submitted to Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta for review as of 01/29/2025 (V1). Updated 05/14/2025(V2) for revision. Updated 05/25/2025 (V3) during proofing. Added missing files for modeling results(Cooling 3 and cooling 4 for Fig.8). List of files: 1. Blank corrected data of step-heating diffusion experiments. 2. U-Th-Sm isotopic data and (U-Th)/He ages. 3. DIFFSIM forward modeling results. 4. C++ source code for DIFFSIM simulation. Contribution: HG and MT designed the analytical approach and lab routine for the diffusion experiments. MT set up the noble gas lab and arranged sample irradiation. HG performed the diffusion experiments and data analyses. PZ wrote the DIFFSIM codes. HG performed the simulations. All authors contributed to the discussion of the results.
