This is the dataset for the TDG project 'Pilot Project on Student-led and Self-guided Field Trips to Enhance Learning Process and Research Interest' (Principal investigator: Lishan Ran). Undergraduate students from HKU courses GEOG2055 and GEOG2120 conducted self-guided field trips across Hong Kong to investigate the spatial dynamics of water quality for both natural water bodies and tap water. Field sampling and laboratory analysis were financially supported by a TDG project of HKU (101002328).
