Sugar cane mill mud metagenome

Mill mud is a pasteurized sugarcane byproduct that is rich in phosphorous and other trace minerals that has potential as a beneficial soil amendment. There is currently scarce information on the microbial communities present in mill mud. This project reports several metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from mill mud collected from a single site.
