Peripheral blood mononuclear B cells were collected for full-length, unbiased ARTISAN PCR massive parallel sequencing of the IgM, IgG, IgA and IgE compartment, with particular focus on the latter. Full-length, unbiased, in-depth sequencing of IgE repertoires has not been performed previously on this scale.
