Collated and pre-processed profiles of insertions and deletions resulting from Cas9 mutations as collected for 2018 Nature Biotechnology paper Allen et al, "Predicting the mutations generated by repair of Cas9-induced double-strand breaks".The high level directories are samples.The individual files are in the format:@@@ oligo_id_1 indel1 read_count example_readindel2 read_count example_read...@@@ oligo_id_2 ...These files were generated by running the included collate_indels.py file on data pre-processed using code at github repository (https://github.com/felicityallen/selftarget) and code ocean module (https://codeocean.com/capsule/6bc7bcae-d736-475b-bae5-00ca0562d401)
